5. Stand Rate

There are two options of space rental, raw space and standard stand.

Phase One: The rental of raw space is 3,300 RMB per sqm (minimum 36sqm) and the rental of one standard stand is 32,700 RMB (9 sqm with standard facilities).

Phase Three: The rental of raw space is 3,000 RMB per sqm (minimum 36sqm) and the rental of one standard stand is 30,000 RMB (9 sqm with standard facilities).
